Mission

NCHSRA is an independent non-profit organization founded and operated by a dedicated team of educators, community and parent volunteers.  Its mission is to facilitate and empower North Carolina High School based Rugby Clubs whose goals are to provide a safe, fun and enriching experience for North Carolina’s youth and to promote, educate and develop players’ athletic talents and sportsmanship by teaching the fundamentals and ideals of the game of Rugby.
