NCHSRA is an independent organization USA Rugby member created by high school administrators, players, parents, volunteers and coaches committed to provide the support that the Sport of Rugby needs to become the strongest alternative as a club sport for High School Students, future collegiate players.  NCHSRA also serves as a natural progression for those younger players who have started playing rugby at a Middle School level.
